Our newest and largest accommodation, the Dakota Suite is decorated in soothing blues and grays with authentic arts and crafts stenciling and woodwork. Red leather chairs let you curl up in front of the fireplace with a 100-year-old cherry Eastlake mantle. Prairie-style colonnades separate a second sitting area with views of the rolling farmland to the north. The spacious bathroom has a double whirlpool tub and a large walk-in shower. Windows in this suite look out in all four directions, giving you a view of both sunrise and sunset on the prairie. This suite has a refrigerator and microwave.

Dakota Suite rate is $200 per night.

The Attic Suite is on the third floor of Steever House. The dormers create a unique architecture for this spacious suite. A king-sized bed, sitting area with fireplace, two-person whirlpool tub and large bathroom with shower create a quiet, private retreat from the world.

The Rose Room features a queen-sized bed and private bath. The room is decorated with soft rose stenciling and hardwood floors. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. 

Rose Room rate is $125 per night.

The Blue Room has a king-sized bed and sits on the northwest corner of the house. It is a carpeted room that features an attached bath with the original claw-foot tub (and shower). The windows overlook the pavilion and outdoor fireplace. This room was just updated for the summer of 2017.

The Yellow Room faces east and is perfect if you like to wake up to early morning sunshine. This room is appointed with hardwood floors, an antique desk, loveseat and queen sized bed. The attached bath has a bathtub-sized Jacuzzi and beautiful tile work.

There are three rooms and a wrap around porch on the main floor for guests to gather. We also have an outdoor pavilion with a large fieldstone fireplace perfect for a fire on a chilly evening.
